You'll have access to the entire house aside from the mechanical closet in the bathroom and the shipping container, which the owner uses occasionally. Other things to note Starter items are provided: toilet paper, paper towel, dish/hand soap, shampoo, body wash, coffee/creamer and ear plugs. There is an active train nearby that runs. So, please expect there to be associated noise. There are exterior security cameras installed for the safety of both the guests and the property. Tampering with the cameras, including, but not limited to, covering and otherwise disabling, is grounds for early termination of reservation without a refund. In the case of inclement weather or power/internet outages, refunds will not be granted as they are out of our control. Travel uncertainties can occur, so we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Snow removal service is not provided, but a snow shovel is provided. New development and construction is expected in the area, so please know there may be associated noise. Just a quick note: the owner may occasionally stop by to access the shipping container on the property.
