Downstairs features two bedrooms-- one with a queen bed, and another with two full beds-- both with Smart TVs, high cedar ceilings, and individual A/C and heating. Upstairs is a bright, open living space with vaulted ceilings and peekaboo lake and mountain views. Enjoy a comfy living room with a 55” 4K TV and wood burning fireplace, plus a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and washer and dryer. The bathroom is also up here! Outside, relax on the second-floor patio or enjoy the spacious, multi-tiered backyard-- perfect for grilling, pets, and hanging out. A great home base for a Big Bear Lake getaway. -- OVERVIEW 1. Bottom Floor: - Bedroom 1: Queen bed, closet, and Smart TV - Bedroom 2: Two Full beds, closet, dedicated office space, and another Smart HDTV - Air conditioning & heating in each room 2. Top Floor: - Full Bathroom - Living Room: 9' x 9' sectional fabric couch, wooden chairs, coffee / end tables, Smart TV, and Wood-Burning Fireplace - Big Blue Kitchen: appliances, utensils, and cooking basics - Dining area / Breakfast Bar - Washer & Dryer - Air conditioning & heating 3. Outdoor Spaces: - Two driveways: one large and sloped to the front door, one flat and easy to access - Second-floor patio with views of the lake, mountains, and Boulder Bay Park - Fully fenced backyard with a deck and three terraced levels - Grill, table, and chairs for outdoor dining or relaxing Guest access You'll have full, private access to the entire cabin and its yard. Other things to note Pets: Dogs are welcome! You may bring up to 3 dogs, as long as they are in good health and fully house trained. There is a flat $30 pet fee per stay-- regardless of the number of dogs or length of your visit. Cats are not permitted. Have a different type of pet? Please note: If you have sensitivities or allergies to pets, this may not be the best fit-- approximately 90% of guests bring pets. -- Snowy Day Arrival Tips: - If snow is in the forecast, please try to arrive in Big Bear as early as possible on check in day. (Once the sun goes down, most plows stop running, and late arrivals can mean tricky-- sometimes near impossible-- access.) - My plow crew clears the driveways once a day whenever snowfall reaches 4” or more. - Some shoveling may still be needed on your end— shovels and ice melt are stocked in the entryway closet. -- Power Outages: Big Bear Lake experiences power outages more often than many other areas, especially during storms, high winds, or heavy snowfall. Most are resolved quickly, but it’s best to be prepared. During an outage, Wi-Fi, heating, and appliances will be affected until power is restored. The wood burning fireplace makes a great backup in these cases. -- Cancellation Policies: Guests may choose between two booking options: - Flexible: Cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before check in. - Non-Refundable: Save 10% on your stay, but this option does not allow refunds upon cancellation or date changes.
