The space is a newly renovated and updated one bedroom with a queen bed and access to full bath. The home is equipped with everything you would need to be comfortable. The space If you like water, then this is the place to be. Sit out on the deck and watch the sunset with your favorite beverage. Guest access Guests have access to the common spaces including kitchen, living room, and decks. During your stay I am usually teleworking in the office so contact is minimal. I am available for any questions or concerns via text. Other things to note I do not allow parties or get togethers or overnight guests so if these are your plans than this is not the space for you.
