The space Our 2,500 sf penthouse boasts 3 lovely bedrooms and a 1,000 sf "bath suite" with separate toilet, shower and laundry areas, as well as a Jacuzzi tub. Full laundry and outfitted, applianced kitchen. Enjoy sitting by the koi pond, on the pool patio, take a walk through the fields behind the home, or simply soak in the hot tub. The Great Room has vaulted ceilings and is a combined living, kitchen, wining & dining area. The "Sapphire" room has a queen bed and ceiling fan, and a private entrance to the bath suite. The "Emerald" and "Amethyst" rooms also have queen beds and ceiling fans. A private deck that overlooks the trees and fields. Guest access Guest access is by keyless entry using a door keypad. A code will be provided prior to arrival. There is ample private parking. The area is on 5 acres with an historic 300 acre farm behind the estate. Other things to note Streit Manor is an estate conveniently located in Howard County with a vaulted-ceiling, third-floor penthouse that overlooks the treetops! It has Internet/WiFi. During the warmer season, there is a large open pool to enjoy, and a hot tub available year round. Four Roku televisions have Netflix, Amazon Prime. All local channels are through Roku. REMINDER: Dear Guests, please be aware of our home farming area in the woods. Kindly avoid leaving the door or windows open for an extended period, as it may attract bugs and flies.
