In winter, you may catch a peekaboo glimpse out the picture window of Boulder's Flatiron Range. In summer, you'll look out into the greenery of treetops. Two guest max. Sorry, no children 1-12. The space The Spruce Nest is an open plan loft above a detached garage. You'll enter up the stairs into the living/dining and kitchen space adjacent to the sleeping alcove with king sized bed. The space is designed to pamper with Carrera marble, Persian rugs, rich fabrics, and a hand-painted mural over the bed. A large double-sink bathroom suite with walk in shower feels luxe and roomy with in-floor heat. There's room for clothing storage in both sleeping alcove and bathroom. Kitchen island doubles as dining and work space with convenient outlets. Amenities include premium bedding on the king sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, 55" TV, wifi, washer/dryer, ironing board/iron/steamer, hair dryer. Small outdoor table with 2 chairs is available to watch the neighborhood pass by on summer evenings. Private entrance with walk-up stairway (NOT wheelchair accessible). Guest access Our fave neighborhood restaurant is a 2 minute walk. Or walk 6 blocks down historic, tree lined 3rd Avenue to restaurants, breweries, shops, The St Vrain Wedding/Event Center and more. Two city parks in easy walking distance. Greenway riverside trail starts about half a mile from the front door. Longmont, in the heart of Boulder County farm country is minutes away from the Rocky Mountains. Boulder is a short 14 mile drive. Eldora Ski Area is 28 miles. Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park are a beautiful 25 mile drive away. Denver is also 25 miles. An easy 30 miles to DIA. Easy street parking just steps from guest entrance. Other things to note Sorry, no pets, but "Uptown Dog" is a highly recommended dog-boarding facility less than a mile away. No smoking inside. Ashtray provided outside the door for your convenience. Again, note that this is a second floor loft without elevator and is not wheelchair accessible.
