The neighborhood is perfect for taking a walk, or enjoying the scenery. Step into the front door, and immediately you will notice the living room. Again, fully equipped for comfort and relaxation. Starting strong with a cozy couch, directly facing the Smart Tv with the capability to stream all your favorite shows and movies! A little further down, you will find the dining room with seating for 4! You heard me, its the perfect spot for enjoying a meal with family or relaxing! This open concept space then leads you into the kitchen. Fully stocked with your basic necessities, and all stainless appliances.... Just ask:) Towards the back of the house you will find the master bedroom set up with a luxury king sized bed! Smart Tv is capable of all your streaming needs! Guest access You will have access to the entirety of the home for the duration of your stay. Our access instructions are keyless - You will be sent all codes 2 days prior to your arrival. Other things to note Please review our house rules: 1.) We only permit the number of guests and pets at the home that you booked. Our homes are not suited for events or parties. However, if you need to have a few friends over, please ask ahead of time for approval. 2.) Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am. This means that none of the neighbors complain to us. If one of them is loud, please bring it to our attention. This includes dogs, music, slamming doors, etc. We will provide you three phone numbers to call if you have any issues. 3.) No smoking anything (e.g., candles, incense, tobacco, marijuana, etc) inside the house. Feel free to use the outside seating to enjoy yourself. 4.) The properties are monitored by Silbar Security [for everyone to have a peace of mind]. Dallas is VERY strict about events and parties, and so are we.
