Find yourself relaxing in this beautifully renovated basement located at the end of a culdesac in a quiet development. The private suite is spacious & cozy with a den & gas fireplace. Includes a pull out couch in the den. Charming bedroom with queen bed and master bathroom including Jacuzzi tub/shower. The fully stocked kitchen and eating area is full of natural light from the walk out basement sliding door and oversize windows. Located 10 min from I-84. We do live on the upper level of the home with our two sons (3 year old, 1 year old & due with our third baby boy April 2024). You will hear them upstairs. Our kitchen is stocked with all cookware, utensils, oil, mini-fridge, microwave, stove, dining table, toaster and coffee maker. We don't believe our guests should have to worry about items like aluminum foil or paper towels. Pack and play, high chair, and children's books and toys are available. No TV, but lots of card/board game options. No pets and no smoking allowed in the house. Guest checking in Monday - Saturday: check in time is 2:00 p.m Guest checking in on Sunday: check in time is 4:00 p.m Instructions on access, lockbox code, parking, and house information will be sent directly to you the morning of your arrival. We accommodate early arrivals as much as we are able. We live on the upper level of the home. If guest need us we will be home. There are some shared noise between the two levels, since we do live on the upper level of the home. We try our best to be respectful and keep the noise at a minimum. We do have a two year old boy and a six month old boy that you will probably hear upstairs. In the Spring, Summer & Fall months - We do allow our guest to enjoy the outdoors of our home. There are restrictions to this for the privacy & safety of our young family. There are also a number of hiking trails nearby. If you are looking for a quick tour through nature, take the 1.3 mile Shenipsit Lake Loop trail to see the beautiful reservoir.
