Sunset Place - Private Hot Tub + Pool !

Welcome to The Sunset Place! This open concept home with kitchen, dining & family room is the perfect place to create new memories together! We have everything you will need for a comfortable and memorable stay in the beautiful Arizona desert including a pool as well as a hot tub and new patio furniture! Our home is just a short distance from the Legacy Sports Complex and a 30 minute drive to Tempe/ASU. Incredible day trips include Salt River, Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. Guest access 2 parking spots in the driveway. Street parking is allowed during the day, but not overnight. If additional parking is required please reach out to me directly. Other things to note Our private pool is not heated, however we do have a community pool that is about a 2 minute walk away that is heated. We also have the private hot tub that is included in your stay. Pets are welcome for a flat $100 fee per pet, per stay. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have!
