We are a traditional BnB, Our home is located 3/4 of a mile to the entrance of Zion National Park. We're situated on 2.5 acres of lawn & desert landscaping that offer stunning views up the canyon walls from any one of our many balconies and sitting areas. Included in your stay are hearty, homemade breakfast burritos, fruit and coffee to fuel your day of hiking. The house is decorated with art from local artisans, native decor, and charming antiques acquired over 20 years of operation. The space We are a top rated BnB in the canyon, and are proud to offer personalized service and comfort above and beyond your average experience. This room features a King bed, Private en-suite bathroom, walk-in rain fall shower, large private balcony with seating area , Smart TV, mini fridge, Wifi, and spectacular views of Zion. Guest access Our BnB is self entry with a keypad. We offer FREE parking. We offer E-Bikes at a discount compared to other rentals. You have access to the Virgin River from our property. We have three dogs. They are on our property and common area of the BnB. They do not enter guest rooms. Our labradoodle will greet you in hopes to play ball. Our English retriever is young and very playful. Our border collie is older and happy to get a rub. During your stay We live in the basement of the nearly 8,000 sq ft. home and are available to help with your plans and accommodate your needs. We strive to maintain a clean, quiet and serene experience but are always near by to assist you. Please note; We have a labradoodle, English retriever and an old border collie at the BnB. They roam in the common areas (not in guest rooms) and they play outside. They are very friendly. Other things to note Private bedroom and bathroom. Common areas inside include a main level living room, a dining room with an extra large wood table, an upstairs loft that includes a couch, table and chairs, 2 Cozzia Massage Chairs and pinball machines. Main level utility room that offers ice, reverse osmosis water, complimentary sodas, a sink and microwave. Unique outdoor areas include lawns, gardens, seating areas to soak up the mountain views, observe the wildlife, watch the morning sunrise and evening sunsets.
