We’re dog friendly The space This is a private 2 bedroom 1 bath, large kitchen, private fenced yard, large back deck, dog friendly home. This is the entire upstairs portion of a house. Downstairs person uses completely different street access to their entrance in back of house. The yard is completely all yours no spaces are shared. Easy access to everything and only 4 stairs to get to your space from the front of house. It has a remote gas fireplace and 2 42”TVs. Also a fully equipped large kitchen and a place to dine inside or outside among the evergreen trees. Located in a quiet neighborhood in central San Rafael close to shopping and numerous restaurants. Guest access There is a dedicated parking spot for guests to the left of the white picket fence. Guests will enter past the white picket fence ,walk down a few stairs following a red path to the front door. The lock box is located on a post to the right of the front door, yo. The code to the lock box will be given to you just before your arrival. . There are multiple ways to get around town and we are walking distance to public transportation and a block from restaurants and the grocery store. All info is in the guest book on bottom shelf of the coffee table including all city required emergency info, parking, parks and recreation, what to do in the area, recycling, restaurant and grocery near by. WiFi info is framed on top of fireplace mantle. Emergency contact info is also provided. Enjoy your stay. Other things to note Please no pets on furniture or in the beds. There is a vacuum cleaner in the room with the double bed( in the closet) Any extra cleaning will be charged if necessary. Please walk your dogs so there are no accidents and carefully review house rules so I can continue to allow our besties to travel with us. It’s the owners responsibility to be a good parent and the dogs part to love us unconditionally. Peace!
