Resort Parking Parking is limited at WorldMark Steamboat Springs and the resort is not always able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs and trailers. The resort is equipped with limited electric vehicle charging stations. Please contact the Front Desk for additional details. Pool & Hot Tub Information Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. The outdoor pools are seasonal, closed fall through late spring annually, weather permitting. Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more specific information. PLEASE NOTE: some of the common-space/shared resort amenities may have limited access to maintain appropriate social distancing or possibly be temporarily inaccessible due to current Covid-19 policies. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Guests must confirm first and last name, as listed on a photo ID, when requesting to book. Once a guest name is listed on a WorldMark reservation, it is non-transferable and unalterable; the reservation can only be updated to a different guest name for a $99 guest transfer fee. At check-in, all WorldMark resorts require that the name on the reservation match ID. Primary guest must be 18 years or older, have a valid credit card, photo ID, and be physically present for check-in. Upon arrival, guests will receive room assignment and parking pass. The units are assigned at random upon check-in (like a hotel), so unit location and view vary. Since you're our guests, onsite management of the resort requires a $100 refundable security deposit on a credit card in the event of missing items or damage. Security deposit hold will be released approximately 24-48 hours after checkout. Standard bank processing times apply. *It doesn't matter whose name is on the credit card you use to pay for your booking on Airbnb. The $100 refundable damage deposit is charged by the WorldMark by Wyndham resort at the time of check-in and has no connection to Airbnb or any payment methods used when booking your stay.* Pets are NOT allowed in the units or on the resort property. If there’s a sales team at the resort, the timeshare tour is NOT required for this reservation and it’s NOT required to obtain your parking pass. Please note that this is a holiday ownership resort so you will be assigned your room number and view upon check in. For example, if a resort has 25 x two bedroom units, you will be assigned randomly one of the units out of the portfolio from the Host Resort's computer system. Unit location and view vary.
