A brand new 55" ROKU tv with guest settings applied so you can access all of your streaming apps. The kitchen includes a full size fridge, drip coffee maker (grounds, creamer, and sugar included), gas oven and range, toaster, microwave, and a variety of pots, pans, and baking implements. There is a shared washer and dryer located in the mechanical room just off the hall for your use. Next to the entryway is a boot tray. Guest access The apartment shares a large driveway with the host with room for 3 additional vehicles. The covered private entrance is located on the left side of the house. Pass through the carport and along the side of the house to the stairs leading down to a keypad accessed doorway.
