This lovely private guest quarter is at poolside overlooking the canyon with ocean views. Located in the hills above Laguna village it is within a 15 - 30 minute walk to town and Main Beach. You will be staying in the lower third floor of a large property which is completely isolated and blocked off from the rest of the house with independent access through a wide terraced walkway through the garden to the pool level. The unit is completely furnished and offers a very large primary bedroom with a King size bed, 40 inch TV and adjoining primary bath. The living room includes sofa and dining table and a 60 inch TV. A dressing area also provides a second bathroom with a large shower. Ideal occupancy is for two people. The unit is in pristine condition with lots of upgrades and a private laundry facility dedicated to guests is in an outdoor room steps from guest quarter entry. There is a portable AC unit in the bedroom , but not in the living area. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $150/week. The jacuzzi can be heated to your liking at no additional charge. Parking is on the street directly in front of property. The TVs provide Netflix streaming for free, and viewing of other LIVE TV channels. Streaming services like AMAZON PRIME, HULU, PEACOCK, DISNEY CHANNEL, APPLE TV, ect. are only available if you enter your own streaming accounts. WI-FI service is available at no charge. Only guests who are proficient swimmers should apply. The host cannot be held responsible for guest's visitors entering property and the pool. You will enjoy some of Laguna Beach's best views from this neighborhood as well as hiking and biking trails and tennis courts. Pool and interior towels are provided for your stay. (Please bring your own beach towels) For guests who do not have their own car, or prefer walking in town, a service can be called for transportation to town. Laguna Beach also provides a trolley service along the coast . Hiking trails are as close as across the street! Tennis courts are a 10 minute walk. Drive to village and Main Beach down the hill in minutes! Guest access Guests have full and private use of the pool level (Full back yard with pool, ping pong table, barbecue and patio furniture) and gardens below. Beaches are minutes away. During the summer months, the Laguna Beach Art Festival is very close by. For serious swimmers, the municipal pool is down the road and tennis and pickleball courts are minutes away. The pool which is not typically heated, but can be heated upon request for a fee. Other things to note This property is not safe for small infants without the close supervision of family members and does not provide services for guests who need special facilities for wheelchairs or other physical impairment. The pool deck is very large with barbecue and patio furniture including a dining table and bar table overlooking ocean and canyon views. This area around the pool is enclosed and secured.
