The Slopeside private gated community is ski-on / ski-off at Stratton Mountain Ski Resort the Tamarack chairlift and green runs. Walk out the door to a short cat walk to the lift without having to drive or start your day at the base. Our 3-floor townhome features a 3 full bed/ full baths, (3rd floor loft is only accessible via spiral staircase and is NOT a fully enclosed room), renovated kitchen, outdoor deck and brick fireplace. A 10 minute walk brings you right to the lovely Stratton Village The space Our townhouse is the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes! Sit down next to the wood-burning fireplace with a glass of wine or take a dip in the outdoor hot tub at the Slopeside Activity Center (3 min walk). With 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, you’ll have everything you need for a memorable vacation at Stratton! Grab your skis and take a short 6-minute walk/ski directly to the Tamarack Chair Lift! No need for driving or bringing boot bags into the Base Lodge. (Note our unit is NOT truly ski-on/ski-off, you must walk/ski down a private catwalk path right behind our unit, or down our private road to direct-access to Craig's Run (green trail) Less than a 10-minute walk to the Stratton Mountain Village, you’ll be able to enjoy restaurants, pubs, shopping, and the spa without getting into your car. Step out our back deck to relax with a glass of wine. Year-round fun with not just skiing -- Nordic Center (X-Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, Fat Biking), Tubing Park, Ice Skating, Snowmobile Tours. In the summer enjoy hiking trails, Mountain biking, tennis, 27-hole golf course, community pool & hot tub. We can comfortably sleep 8, up to 10 if two people are okay with pull-out couch. The lower level contains laundry room, cozy den with custom-built ski-lift bench seating & XBOX, Smart-TV. Additionally there are two bedrooms (1 queen, 2 bunk beds), each with their own full bath. Master bedroom bath has full tub. The main floor offers cathedral ceiling a spacious living room, dining room table for 10, brand new kitchen & stainless steel appliances, ski gear mudroom w/ storage, and walk-out patio. Spiral-staircase brings you to another queen bedroom with full bath. Included for use is: Main TV is 55" 4K Roku-enabled smart TV Additional Roku TV in each master bedroom High-speed WiFi Washer/dryer Wood-burning fireplace board games Fully-equipped kitchen (including stocked pantry and slow-cooker) All linens and towels included A car is needed to access off-mountain attractions, grocery store, etc. There are two parking spaces for guests directly in front of the townhouse.
