Kitchenette has a mini fridge, Keurig, microwave, toaster oven and bar seating for 5. Plenty of games as well as chromecast,Netflix and Amazon . Living room offers a comfortable couch, plenty of seating and sprawl room, as well as privacy from the bedrooms. The space Private side door entrance leads down 11 stairs to a living room,kitchenette with bar seating and full bath.A hallway with a dividing door provides privacy to the 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 and 3 each host a twin bed. There is plenty of space and linens for an air mattress (provided) as well as a sectional sofa. We also have a Guava Lotus travel crib portable baby playard, infant swing, bassinet and other infant gear if you would like to use. Guest access There is plenty of parking in our cul-de-sac and we offer a space in our driveway. Private entrance to space is on the left side of the house, second door at the end of the walk way pavers. Door code provided at check in. We are located in a family oriented subdivision. Parks, ball fields, restaurants are within walking distance, or a short drive if you prefer. Other things to note Please be advised our family is going about our lives on the main floor. You may hear us, we may hear you. We have a toddler, there is a likelihood you may hear defiant cries at nap times. Don't worry they are short lived.
