Sunny Modern Phoenixville Studio

Welcome to Phoenixville! Our newly renovated modern studio will be the perfect hub for your weekend getaway, wedding travel, staycation, or work trip. Located on Nutt Rd with off-street parking, a 15-minute walk from downtown, and a 5-minute drive from Valley Forge, this bright studio is the perfect location for you to be able to enjoy all that the local community has to offer! Guest access You'll have the entire studio space to yourselves during your stay, with a designated parking spot behind the building! The studio is a standalone building on the same parcel of land as our family home. Our home has an address on 4th Ave, and the studio's address is on Nutt Rd. The buildings are about 30 yards apart and are connected by a parking pad accessed from Nutt Rd. You're also welcome to park on 4th Ave and use the walkway on the side of our house to access the studio. Other things to note This small studio is right on Nutt Rd, one of several main roads that runs through Phoenixville. The perks of the location: it's fantastic access by car to any local destination and a 15 minute walk from downtown. The drawback is that it's a busy street, so be aware that road noise is a factor while staying here (foot-traffic is very light).
