Hotel-type amenities (no full kitchen). Dog friendly! The space This is a studio apartment wth a private entrance located in my midtown home, although rarely home I do live in the other side of the house...there are shared walls. You have a large bedroom with queen bed, a full bathroom with a small walk-in shower, a kitchenette complete with "hotel-typical" amenities (mini fridge, freezer, microwave, hot water kettle, tea and coffee) Some dishes and wineglasses are provided. You will have the private peaceful backyard and patio to enjoy. There is also a dining area and table as well as patio seating and entertainment space. Hang up the hammock or stroll to any number of downtown or midtown bars and restaurants. Be sure to take a "go cup!" *pets live on the property* *not suitable for infants or young children* Guest access The studio is in the back of my home and is accessed through the private gate at the end of the driveway. guests have exclusive use of this driveway and private backyard and patio. This is a quiet residential block, street parking is always available. Other things to note The thermostat is located in the main house, just simply text me to adjust. There is a BBQ grill on the back patio, if you want to use it, please let me know IN ADVANCE of your arrival, there is an additional deposit to ensure proper cleaning. There is NOT a kitchen or kitchen sink, so cooking cleanup is difficult. There is also a fire pit in back yard, but it is typically not available for guest use.
