Access to a shared laundry and outdoor shower for when you return from the beach. We are located downtown Encinitas with a train that runs through all the beach towns. The train is on average one time per hour with an occasional horn sound. Also there is some construction nearby as they are building an underpass nearby. There is a very large courtyard which gets direct sunlight from 10 am-3pm. If you are noise sensitive, this might not be the best fit for you. Our monthly rates are based on stays that begin and end either mid-month (around the 15th) or at month’s end (around the 30th). This helps us keep rates lower by avoiding gaps between stays. If your dates don’t align with these cycles, the nightly rate may be higher to cover the extra days.
