Through the front door you'll find the grand two story entry. Upstairs to the right is the main kitchen, living space and dining room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is stocked with basic cooking essentials. There is also a complementary coffee and tea bar provided. Just off the kitchen is the main dining room, which seats eight, as well as the main living room with an extra large and incredibly comfortable sectional couch and beautiful views. To the left of the entry are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Down the hallway is the laundry room, the second living room, the third bedroom and another full bathroom. At the end of the hallway is the third living room, a kitchenette and 4th bedroom. The backyard has an extra large hot tub, cowboy pool, lounge area, fire pit and shaded dining area. The garage features a ping pong table, arcade games, darts, corn hole, a couch and more. Guest access The house sits overlooking the town with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Access is made easy with fully paved roads, and plenty of parking on the premises. Other things to note Prior to check in, guests will be required to read, understand and sign an agreement acknowledging the house rules and guest expectations as required by the Town of Yucca Valley's Short Term Rental Ordinance. We have NoiseAware sound monitoring devices inside the home- this device only notifies us if the decibel level reaches that of what could be disruptive to our neighbors.
