The perfect choice for a romantic getaway, tucked in the trees, and the surrounding buildings are beautiful with winding paths and woodland architecture. This cottage has an old-world style kitchen with modern appliances, hardwood floors throughout, dining area with piano, cozy sitting room with gas fireplace and a private hot tub outside on the deck along with a grill and picnic table for outdoor dining. Thought and care went into the creation of this lovely little place. Whether you visit for the best snow on earth, the meadows laced with wildflowers, the sunny hiking, or the burst of fall colors, all four seasons welcome you back again and again. Room details and layout  Main level has a hall bathroom.  Upstairs has one half bathroom and sleeping loft with two twin beds, and one king bedroom with a spacious and uniquely Sundance bathroom, and private deck overlooking the stream. TimpCreek Cottage is one side of a duplex with a private entrance (with secure key pad) to your separate unit. You will have this unit to yourself along with a deck, hot tub, and outside dining table with propane BBQ. Parking can accommodate 2 cars, one in front of the other. Only one dog is permitted during your stay. Nonrefundable pet fee is $100. Do not leave dog unattended. Dog is not allowed on furniture. Winter conditions November through April. AWD or 4WD vehicles required. After booking, guests will receive a secure guest portal where a short rental agreement must be completed before check-in details are shared. A signed rental agreement is required before check-in instructions are released.
