Niagara Falls/Amherst area Guest room w/ twin bed

It is located in one of the best neighborhood in the best area in Buffalo. 29 min drive distance to Niagara Fall. There is a camera in front yard and a doorbell camera to communicate with guest who needs help. The space There are three bedrooms, each room is uniquely designed. Master bedroom has a king size bed set, guest bedroom and basement room share a bathroom. I also have a finished a basement with a full size bed and furnitures, some guests like basement bedroom more than the guest bedroom, it’s your choice :) Guest access Kitchen and living room are shared space.
