Apartment is on the second floor facing picturesque streets of Vilano Beach area. Waterfront private outside dining area with a grill, dock, and boardwalk are available on the waterfront side of the property. Famous local restaurants Cap's on the Water and Aunt Kate's are within walking distance from the property. The space It is a one-bedroom apartment/ Mother-in-Law suit type of accommodation. It has a Queen bed in the bedroom. There is a sofa in the living room, not a sleeper. Guests are welcome to enjoy the dock and beautiful sunsets. Guest access Pool area and hot tub are open all year round, but pool is not heated. Access to the pool and hot tub is limited to the hours of 10:00 am to 10:00 PM. In winter months, please, message the hosts if intend to use hot tub. Towels are provided. Diving is strictly prohibited.
