Unit 1: Bright studio

Bright, private, fully furnished, second story studio apartment with full-size bed. Perfect for traveling healthcare providers, student on rotation or doing an internship, or someone between houses (which are the typical renters). This apartment has a kitchenette--in lieu of a range, there is a microwave, toaster oven, and portable countertop burner. It is usually very quiet in the house and in the neighborhood. The space The apartment is in a 1930s home that was renovated and added onto in the 80s and further renovated when we purchased in 2010. The front and back entrance are keyed the same and all tenants have a key. Each of the five furnished apartments is keyed differently. All apartments have their own private bathroom and a kitchenette. There is one unfinished apartment with a long-term tenant. I only offer stays of 30+ days and guest are typically traveling health care providers, students on medical rotations, or others here for short-term contract work. There are security cameras at the front and back doors. Guest access In addition to their own apartment, guests have access to a washer and dryer for shared use on the main floor of the property. Other things to note Because this is a converted old house, each room does not have its own heat/cooling. There is a thermostat on the main floor that controls three of the apartments. Directions are posted at the thermostat.
