Other things to note • High chairs & pack-n-play travel crib are available (must be requested at time of booking) • Guests will be provided with starting amounts of coffee, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, a garbage bag, dish soap and a dishwasher pod. Guests will be responsible for providing their own after the initial amounts are gone. • Please note that this property has a propane tank for the grill, but we do not refill/replace empty containers, nor do we reimburse for refills. There may be enough propane for your use from the previous guests, but if not, empty containers can be exchanged at gas stations, grocery stores, etc. • We do recommend vehicles with all-wheel drive during the Winter months! • You are very likely to see bears 🐻on the property and possibly other wildlife. We are on a program to prevent critters. However as this is a cabin in the woods/mountains, it’s not possible to keep 100% of the critters out all of the time. Keep doors/windows closed and locked to prevent insects/ wildlife from getting in. Guests may be responsible for damages due to negligence, as determined through Airbnb’s Resolution Center. NO GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Please do not throw any solid foods down the drain as it will clog. SECURITY CAMERA: There are external security cameras facing the driveway and entrances only. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. Please note that we do require a signed renters agreement and security deposit. We use a property management tool to help coordinate bookings. All financial transactions and policies are handled through Airbnb, in line with Airbnb’s Terms of Service.
