At over 1100 sq. feet, this downtown Santa Barbara loft is spacious, modern and well equipped with everything you need for your next getaway. Walk score of 92 and bike score of 99, it’s located in the heart of downtown, just two blocks off State Street, a 10 minute walk to the Funk Zone or Beach. Experience the ideal proximity to all of Santa Barbara's best restaurants and entertainment. The space What makes the space special is the location, natural light, soaring ceilings, cleanliness and amenities. The home is well appointed and includes 1 king bed, 1 full bed, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, spanish tile bathroom floors, soft bedding and down comforters. Also available are Apple TV, Netflix, Wifi, and high-end appliances including washer and dryer. Hair dryer, first aid and bathroom basic amenities are stocked. For those working remotely, the wifi is extremely fast and reliable. The house also provides extra linens, luggage racks, games, wines glasses and Nespresso coffee pods. The condo is very private, corner unit. It is in a small community of mostly owner-occupied units. Please be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise and disturbances to a minimum. You may hear the train pulling into station, but is iconic to Santa Barbara and can be heard as high up as the famous San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito. Note it is two stories, with the master bedroom/ king bed upstairs. Check out is 11 AM unless it is agreed to ahead of time in writing. The time is needed to prepare the property for the next guest. Pets: Your well-behaved pet is welcome. There are food and water bowls and a designated pet blanket to place over the couch. I charge a $100 per pet fee to cover the cost of a deep cleaning to remove pet hairs and smells in consideration of the next guest. Limit 1 animal per stay unless you have reached out and obtained my permission for more. Thank you! Guest access Guests are provided one guest parking space in the complex during the stay. Please be mindful of only taking up 1 space. EV parking/charging is available, but please only park in the EV spot if you have an electric car and will be utilizing the charging station. Otherwise, leave it for other owners and their guests. As you’re just two blocks to Street St., experience the luxury of exploring Downtown Santa Barbara and the Funk Zone on foot or by bike. Other things to note If you’ll need the pull out sofa made into a bed, please indicate as such before you arrive.
