Sunset Waters 11

Special 3 night stays available message now Sunset Waters 11 is a 2 bedroom Marina side apartment located on Hamilton Island. It's great value rate has room for up to 5 guests and includes a golf buggy. An open plan living area, smart TV, laundry, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and cooktop covers everything you will need. Includes unlimited Wi-Fi. The space Please note the Sunset Waters pool is currently out of order for an indefinite period of time. All guests have free access to the Beachside resort pools including the popular swim up bar. Other things to note We will require a bond form to be completed and returned prior to your arrival with the credit card details and signature of the card holder. Please note: we will only process monies on your credit card if there is reported damage to the Buggy or Property. If you do not hold a credit card and cannot provide one as a bond, we will require a $1000 cash bond to be paid. This payment will be refunded once we receive your departure inspection report and no charges are required. We also need a copy of the drivers licence of all guests who will be driving the buggy.
