The space features the most convenient location while being in the most private and safe neighborhood. Being close to both the Westside PKWY and the Stockdale HWY, they'll be your yellow brick roads to almost everything the city has to offer. You are at most 20 minutes away from any location within the city. Close proximity to Taft Please Note: There's no kitchen. The space The space is a bedroom and a converted bonus room. If one were to sleep in the converted bonus room with a king size bed, one has to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. This arrangement may be inconvenient for some parties, and we understand. This place is not for everybody. The converted bonus room can be used as a living space where you and your family hangs out in the evening. The space is private to the guest, and you won’t share anything besides the backyard and the laundry room. The door connecting to the rest of the house is locked via a 2-way lock to ensure your safety. The walls are insulated so any sound from other parts of the house will be reduced. P.S. You have your own private parking. Guest access The bungalow is situated in a perfect location where it is private, safe, family-oriented neighborhood while being close enough to shopping centers. Parking is available in abundance. Many enjoy its proximity to the Riverwalk Park and CSUB. Only the laundry room and the backyard is shared. Everything else is private. Laundry room is not accessible during quiet hours, which is after 9pm. Other things to note In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the property is equipped with four exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside. Please leave everything in the same state as where you found it, and please DO NOT have parties, pets, nor smoke of any kind.
