There is a $10 fee… please pay guards at the gate and they will let you know where to park. Note- Rosarito is a city public beach. With that being said, occasionally the city hosts beach events such as music concerts, art festivals, beach volleyball competitions, etc. In addition, you may food and drink vendors throughout the year and people that rent out tables, chairs and umbrellas. There is a lot of things to do in Rosarito.
