With the Sawgrass Grove Marketplace as well as the Ezell Sports and Recreation Center, Clifton Putting Course, and Southern Oaks Championship Golf Course just steps away, this vibrant area is filled with activity and excitement. The home steps away from the Chitty Chatty Nature Preserve which can be picked up at the end of the block. The preserve follows a beautiful, serene path leading to the family pool at Aviary Recreation Center as well as the Homestead Family Pool, Dog Park, and Astronomy Pads. Southern Oaks Championship Golf Course is minutes away and is easily accessed by walking, biking or golf cart (golf cart rentals are available). Brownwood town center, with its popular Saturday morning farmers market, is a short drive by golf cart or car. Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs town centers, both still in The Villages, are also a short drive from the home. Orlando is about 45 miles from the home and you are close to both the ocean and the gulf coasts for your choice of amazing Florida tourist towns and spectacular beaches!
