Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a quiet and private location, an awesome play structure for the kids, and a perfectly flat front yard for yard games! The entry way into the home provides plenty of space for the whole family to kick off their shoes, hang their coats, and get ready to relax! Main floor has open concept kitchen, dining, and living room with plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, baking dishes, utensils, etc., Large dining room table to seat 10, inviting living room with large smart TV, games, and telescope to enjoy the views! Head out the sliding glass door and enjoy the gorgeous deck overlooking the Puget Sound. BBQ for the family while enjoying views of the Space Needle and Downtown Seattle. Cozy up by the indoor fireplace, or take a blanket and enjoy the fresh air by the propane firepit on the deck! Head to the garage for some foosball, ping pong, and additional TV! Main floor bedroom is perfect for the kids, with a bunk bed with trundle (3 twin beds). Head upstairs to find a large media room with plenty of seating, large Smart Tv, and access to an upper deck with incredible views of the Puget Sound! Master bedroom on upper floor is spacious with a King bed, walk-in closet, dresser, TV, private bathroom with jetted soaking tub, and access to upper deck. Second upstairs bedroom holds a King bed and twin trundle bed (2 twin beds). Third upstairs bedroom has a private queen bed with walk-in closet. In the backyard you will find plenty of room for activities, firepit (wood not provided), and a well taken care of Hot Tub.
