Master Bedroom - King bed, en-suite, sitting area. 2nd Bedroom - queen bed, 3rd Bedroom - double bed. An additional full bath in hallway for everyone. Living room, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer. Price is for 1-2 guests, additional $15 pp for up to a max of 5 people. Private off road parking, 2 minutes away from Don Tyson Parkway corridor I live down the street and will be happy to guide you and offer help with restaurant and activity suggestions . I’d love to meet my guests unless you prefer your complete privacy. I will do my best to cater to my guests within reason. I hope you enjoy your stay! This is a quiet neighborhood and therefore I request no parties. Having fun is great but no large groups. You will have a private driveway to park. There’s room for 3 cars. The garage is off limits and is locked from the inside. Please do not try to open the door leading to the garage. Cost shown is for 1-2 people, there is an additional charge of $20 pp up to 5 people. I will allow guests to bring their pets under 50 lbs. I only ask that once here, they are in a kennel when you are gone. No pet is allowed to be left in the yard alone or allowed to roam freely in the house. A kennel can be provided, if needed, at no charge. A $50 pet fee will be required. We also require that you “clean-up” after your pet. A scooper is provided and located on the back deck.
