It has beautiful city and peekaboo bay views. It’s peaceful, quiet and clean. Well-located, it’s walking distance Chestnut and Union Streets, the Marina, Presidio, Crissy Field, Fort Mason - and much more. There is a secure garage parking space available for use. The living room has a large sectional, smart TV, and desk space. The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, dresser, walk-in closet and another work space. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, Vitamix, microwave, and everything you need, and has a small eat-in dining area. A few things to note: - This unit is on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator, so you'll have to be comfortable with stairs - It does not have a dishwasher or in-suite laundry, but there is coin-operated laundry in the garage - The building is old, and you may experience drafts from the old windows and hear some noise transfer from neighbors - There is no A/C (as is the case for most homes in San Francisco) Guest access The listing comes with a secure garage parking spot for a car up to a small SUV size, and street parking in the area is also quite easy (limited to 2 hours)
