Our top floor features two bedrooms and one bath. We have breath-taking views in any season, and our cabin is 10 minutes from Nederland and the El Dora Mountain Resort. The space This space is perfect for your smaller getaway. You'll find two Queen bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living room, kitchen, and balcony. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire top floor, the first floor laundry room, and all the cabin's surrounding property, including the hot tub and grill. Other things to note To access the property you will be required to drive up a narrow snowy driveway, 4WD is a MUST in the winter. You will need to be aware of bears, foxes, and other wild animals in the surrounding area during your stay.
