Enjoy a HUGE fenced-in back yard where your family can play yard games and have meals outside. Allen House is truly a wonderful place to make memories with your friends and family, whether you're enjoying the adventure of the mountains or staying close to home. Guest access Allen House is a stacked duplex where our guests enjoy the top floor. We live in the walk-out basement where we have our own entrance through the back yard. The laundry room is a shred space and has an interior door that closes and locks for your privacy, while we have access to the laundry room from the exterior door. The back yard and patio is for everyone to enjoy. We provide yard games, a large covered seating area, and a griddle for cooking outdoors. Other things to note At Allen House, you're within 10 minute walking distance to grocery, coffee shop, hardware, pizza, liquor store, convenience store, thrift, post, restaurants, breweries, and live music. The home has a large two lane outdoor parking area that has more than enough room for several large vehicles, RV, or trailers. The neighborhood itself is walker and biker friendly and is full of families just like us!
