This is the most sought after location in Canyon! It is centrally located within walking distance to the WTAMU campus and Canyon’s town square. An abundance of restaurants, shopping, & coffee are all within walking distance as well. It is just one block away from the path for all of Canyon’s parades and only a 10-15 minute drive to Palo Duro Canyon. Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed & a pack in play is available in the closet. Bedroom 2 includes a king bed. In the living room is a daybed with a trundle for 2 extra guests. This is a corner lot, with parking on the side of the road in front or on the side. We only live a short distance away and are available for any questions or needs during your stay! Please just message. I truly believe this is the friendliest street in Canyon!
