The Sunny Oak home is located in a beautiful & safe neighborhood on a quiet tree-lined street in Turlock, California. :) Beautiful walking paths nearby! It is our honor to welcome you! The Sunny Oak home is huge & spacious, and as such, there is plenty of space to relax on a sofa, work or play at a desk, or enjoy the quietness of the backyard. Please read below for more Guest Access information. WELCOME TO THE QUEEN ROOM AT SUNNY OAK WITH SHARED 1.5 RESTROOMS! The Queen Room at Sunny Oak boasts of ONE QUEEN sealy bed with all the amenities - two side tables, two mirrors, two lamps, a stool, a microwave, coffee maker, extra USB plugs near the bed, a Smart Tv, WiFi accessibility, closet storage, hangers, clothes basket, blow dryer, iron, blinds and zero light curtains. Guests staying in The Queen Room have access to 1.5 shared bathrooms in the home. TOILETRIES: Basic toiletries are provided for your comfortable stay in The Queen Room at Sunny Oak! Guest access WIFI & WORK: Guests have access to unlimited high speed wifi to enjoy on their devices. PARKING: Parking is available in the driveway, directly in front of the house, and across the street along the fence. All parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Please be mindful of space as two cars can fit in the driveway or two cars can fit in front of the home. Please be mindful of parking directly in front of the other homes. COMMON AREAS: The home and spaces are wide and open! Common areas are accessible at all times to guests. Common areas include the kitchen, two dining rooms, two living rooms, upstairs loft, backyard, and bathrooms. THE KITCHEN: The kitchen is complete with a large island, as well as a large farmhouse style dining room table for six. The home has a refrigerator and freezer for guest use. Guests (per room) have a designated shelf and drawer to store their food. Guests also have access to the 2-slice toaster, microwave, oven, keurig, dishwasher and all other kitchen utensils and amenities out on display or in the cabinets. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cups, napkins, salt, pepper, various seasonings, brown raw sugar, an assortment of selected regular and decaf tea, and organic coffee. The kitchen is accessible at all times. THE LIVING ROOMS: The TWO living rooms each feature a large sectional sofa and table- offering plenty of space to relax or work! PRIVACY, SECURITY & SAFETY: You will be provided a private, personal code to access the home’s front door deadbolt and your private room. The room and home are equipped with smart lock, keyless digital entry systems. Each code is randomly generated for each guest and has specific dates of usage to ensure safety and security for all guests, both in the future and currently. The front door's keypad is on the deadbolt, above the doorknob on the door. NO ANIMALS: no animals are permitted in the home due to allergies and sanitation. Our apologies for the inconvenience. Please be MINDFUL OF VOLUME levels at all times. Traveling professional sleep and work at odd hours! During your stay COMMUNICATION: Let's keep communication on the platform for everyone's convenience and per platform policy. I'm available within 5-60 minutes via the platform's messaging system. Thank you for your understanding and patience! We appreciate you! Other things to note BATHROOMS: Shared 1.5 bathrooms with other guests (depending on availability). The full two-sink and bathtub and shower is located on the second floor, in the hallway area. The half bathroom is located on the first floor near the garage entrance and hallway. LOCATION: The house is in a very desirable, safe and beautiful neighborhood in Turlock. Turlock is a small quaint town located between San Francisco and Yosemite. Also somewhat close to Lake Tahoe and Reno. RULES: Please be respectful of all house rules and be mindful of volume levels at all times as many guests are traveling professionals working and sleeping odd hours. CLEANING DURING STAY: Room cleaning service offered for small fee. Room cleaning service includes new linens, fresh towels, vacuuming, and cleaning and sanitizing of services.
