We understand the importance of having a comfortable workspace, so we've provided a small dedicated desk where you can comfortably work or play. If you're looking to unwind, you can take advantage of the relaxing chair and footstool, perfect for enjoying a good book or simply unwinding after a long day. For your convenience, we've also installed extra USB plugs near the bed, ensuring that your devices are always charged and ready to use. All parking is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Kindly be mindful of the space, accommodating either two cars in the driveway or two cars in front of the home. COMMON AREAS: Our home boasts expansive and open spaces, providing unrestricted access to common areas at all times. Guests are welcome to utilize the kitchen, two dining rooms, two living rooms, upstairs loft, backyard, and bathrooms throughout their stay. KITCHEN: Indulge in culinary delights in our well-appointed kitchen, featuring a large island and a charming farmhouse-style dining room table for six. You'll have access to a refrigerator and freezer exclusively for guest use. Each room is allocated a designated shelf and drawer for personal food storage. Guests can make use of the 2-slice toaster, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all other kitchen utensils and amenities conveniently displayed or stored in the cabinets. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cups, napkins, salt, pepper, various seasonings, brown raw sugar, a thoughtfully selected assortment of regular and decaf tea, and organic coffee. Upon booking, you will receive a private, personalized code to access the front door deadbolt and your private room. Both the room and the entire home are equipped with smart lock, keyless digital entry systems. Rest assured that each guest is assigned a unique code, randomly generated, and valid for specific dates of usage. This ensures the safety and security of all current and future guests. The keypad for the front door is conveniently located on the deadbolt, above the doorknob. ANIMALS: To maintain a sanitary environment and accommodate guests with severe allergies to animal dandruff, we regretfully do not allow animals in the home. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. ROOM CLEANING SERVICE: Room cleaning service offered during stay for small fee of $8. Room cleaning service includes new linens, fresh towels, vacuuming, and cleaning and sanitizing of services. Location: The house is in a very desirable, safe and beautiful neighborhood in Turlock. Turlock is a small quaint town located between San Francisco and Yosemite. Also somewhat close to Lake Tahoe and Reno. Rules: Please be respectful of all house rules and be mindful of volume levels as many guests are traveling professionals working and sleeping odd hours.
