This is conveniently located just one block from mansion row, a 1 minute drive to the rejuv’d NA center and less than 10 min to downtown Louisville. This unit is located on the second floor. You’ll walk into your kitchen that also has a new washer/dryer and is open to the living room area with exposed bricks , fireplace and tall window. The renovated bathroom is just off the living room and has a newly tiled shower. Down the hall is the large master bedroom with a king size bed, non-working but classic fireplace, exposed brick walls, tv, large windows and desk for any work you need to do while away. You’ll also have access to a completely pavered courtyard with firepit, that is enclosed by a privacy fence. Street parking is available at this location. Be sure to check signs for weekly street cleaning. Once parked, you’ll walk along the side of the building and up the metal stairs to the second floor. There is a coded lock to the foyer entry. Your unit will be straight ahead and will also have a number coded lock. We’re always available to help with questions, needs or problems. This historic home is in a recently rejuvenated area. Major renovations have occurred the last ten years to really bring this town to life.
