Cozy 3-bedroom home near 6 ski resorts

The house (with hot tub!) has been recently remodeled and lies within 30 minutes of 6 ski resorts. The house is close to ski n see (ski/snowboard rental), Mountain America Exposition Center if you are in town for a convention, Jordan Commons Movie Theater, and plenty of restaurant options within 5 miles. The house has plenty of parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The house has a room that can be used as an office or a bedroom depending on you! The house is equipped for a family friendly stay. The space Hot tub Renovated Kitchen Bedroom 1 - King Bedroom 2 - Queen Bedroom 3 - Day bed (converts to King) with a desk for professionals working while on vacation Guest access Hot tub - Please take care of the hot tub and follow instructions left at the house (which includes adding shock after each use). Parking - Please Park in the driveway in front of the garage (which can fit two cars front to back). Please do not park in front of the gate (the left side of the driveway). I have a friend that uses that space to park a truck and a trailer for his landscaping business. Please note, he will be accessing the truck and trailer most mornings and returns them most evenings during the summer - do not be alarmed if you see him accessing his equipment. Public Transportation - The house is 5 minutes from the freeway and a 5-10 minute walk from public transportation (lightrail and bus systems). You can take Trax from the airport to the house if you don't want to rent a car, or after settling in, you can take Trax downtown so that you don't have to worry about parking. You can take a nearby bus up to the ski slopes to avoid paying for parking and/or to avoid poor weather conditions. Other things to note Wintertime You and your family will be within 30-45 minutes driving distance of 6 world class ski resorts. The Sundance festival (Park City) is 35 minutes away. Take Trax downtown and see a Jazz game, enjoy the downtown dining, do some shopping at City Creek, or check out Christmas decorations at the Grand America. Summertime The mountains (within 20 minutes) offer lots of hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, and other outdoor activities. Catch a Real Salt Lake soccer game (20 minute walk if you don't want to worry about parking) or take Trax to see a Bees baseball game.
