Welcome to Lincoln Lake located in Gowen, MI just 35 minutes north from Grand Rapids. Lincoln Lake is over 400+ acre lake and you will have access to the public boat launch just down the street. You will have a private dock to bring your own boat to tie up and use during your stay!All newly updated! With lake and Tiki theme throughout. Tiki Bar down at the lake! Welcome to lake life! The space We have a beautiful master bedroom with attached half bath. Large King size bed with a built in electric fireplace feature. Tv mounted in the bedroom for streaming. The loft space upstairs has a Jungle theme, a queen bed and two twin beds, small seating area and tv, perfect space for kids to enjoy playing and watching tv. The downstairs has a queen bedroom area for sleeping, a game area with shuffleboard. And a wonderful movie collection to enjoy movie nights. Guest access Access to the lake is ONLY available thru the house, this makes it private for the lake owners only. DO NOT USE OUR NEIGHBORS WALKWAY. Please do not walk through the either side of the homes flower beds as we have tall sprinkler heads and they can be broken very easily if they are hit. Booking guest will be responsible if any damages. NOTE: Dock, paddle boat, and kayaks will not be in the water for use between 9/28- 5/1 each year. Dates may change based on weather. Tiki hut will also be shut down for use around these same dates. Thank you Other things to note NO Parties allowed… MUST BE 25 years old to book immediate evection without refund…. If you have an Electric vehicle please let us know. The daily charge rate will be just $10 per day of your booked stay. Bring your boat to the large all sports lake! Kayaks are included with your stay. A stand up paddle board and a splash pad will be available for use. Do not leave the splash pad in the grass, it must be rolled up and stored where we keep it. PLEASE DO NOT go on either of the neighbors property at any time as well as do not launch anything such as a kayak or paddle board from the neighbors property. Our property is the width of the lakefront sea wall only. Please note that the AC/heat will NOT operate if any slider,door, or window is open. Please keep all closed to maintain inside temperature. Fire wood is available for $5 a bundle. The neighbor across the street has it for sale as needed. Our pricing is based so that a family of 4 can afford a vacation getaway, even tho we can sleeps 6, we charge more for each additional person over 4. No unregistered guest allowed on property at any time. Living on a lake we have to have the septic pumped out so extra people use extra water and that’s why we have to charge more for guests above 4. We do offer a day rate for visiting guest not booked for overnight and out by 10:00pm for an additional $35 per person per day with advanced notice. Please let us know before check in if you are having any visitors. Pre pay must be completed before check in for visiting or extra overnight guest. Max of 8 total people on property with a max of 6 total guest staying overnight. NO EXCEPTIONS. HOT TUB IS NOT FOR CHILDREN TO USE. Must be 13 or older with parent /guardian in the hot tub with them. No exceptions please. A hot tub is not intended for children to use like a kiddie pool. No floaties, no toys, no exceptions. Do not flip the hot tub cover off the hot tub without using the proper bar for it to hang from. In cold weather opening the cover the wrong way can cause it to rip and is costly to replace. Any damage to the cover from improper use will be your responsibility. DO NOT LEAVE THE COVER OPEN IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE HOT TUB USING IT. Please add 1 chemical packet each evening that you have used the hot tub. Please use downstairs shower to remove any lotion, lake water, sunscreen or bug spray before use. We don’t have parking for more than 2 - 4 cars. Two in the garage and two smaller cars in the driveway. Short driveway. Please plan accordingly. No overnight parking allowed at the boat launch or on the street. If you bring a boat we have a separate lot to park your trailer during your stay at no charge. Please do NOT place any vehicle or trailers on the grass areas around the house due to in ground sprinkler system. You will be responsible for any repairs needed. We will accept (1) house trained DOG as a pet that is allowed to come with you on your vacation. Pet must be current on flea and tick treatment with proof prior to arrival. Pet fee of $180.00 will be charged for the duration of your booking. Any cost to repair or replace any damages caused by your pet must be covered by the booking guest within 3 days of check out. **Any more than (1) pet on property will result in termination of your reservation with immediate departure of all guest without any refund**
