Bungalow in Hallsville

The Bobcat Bungalow has both indoor and outdoor areas to rest, relax, rejuvenate & catch up with friends and family. This cozy bungalow has 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. It can accommodate families, friends or just a single person looking to get away. Relax on the front patio or the back deck. We are 30 minutes from Lake O The Pines, 20 minutes to Bear Creek Smokehouse, and 15 minutes to Enochs Winery. We are a quick drive to Longview. The space Enjoy a cozy, clean and bright space mixed with farmhouse vibes for families, groups of friends and couples to get away. The Bobcat Bungalow has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with comfortable mattresses. There is a king size bed in the main bedroom with a twin size mattress stored under the bed. There are sheets and pillows available for the twin size bed.The second bedroom has a daybed that pulls out providing a second mattress. If someone feels comfortable sleeping on the couch you could fit one more person. There are sheets to lay down over the couch that can be found in the laundry room. Relax on the front porch or the back deck in comfortable, clean patio furniture. Or you can sit in the back yard reading your favorite book. We have a grill available on the back deck for those who enjoy grilling. If you want to venture out for some good ol’ Texas BBQ, take a quick 5 min drive and head over to Bodacious Bar-B-Q. Whether you want to pick up take out or if you enjoying cooking at home yourself - the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to make a meal. We clean out our refrigerator after every guest, but will leave items for your use that are unopened or community items such as condiments. If you are stuck inside on a rainy day, or want to escape the Texas heat for a few hours, we have a large flat screen smart TV, wifi and board games. We also have wooden puzzles for toddlers that are wiped down and sanitized after every guest. **Please note we have an extremely strict policy of “no parties” and “no events”. Additionally, there should never be more than 10 guests on site at any given time. Guest access The neighborhood is very easy to navigate as the Bobcat Bungalow is right off 450 that runs through the middle of downtown Hallsville. You can quickly get to both Longview and I20 from 450. There is a driveway which can fit two cars, and additionally you can parallel park one car directly in front of the bungalow.
