The space With several colorful accents, artsy touches, exposed brick, and abundant natural light, you couldn’t ask for a more eclectic space in Baltimore! Located on the third floor of a historic 1920s building, this Frida Kahlo-inspired space accommodates four guests. The pull-out sofa can sleep two guests, while the bedroom has a queen bed. This bedroom also boasts a dedicated workspace, access to the outdoor deck, and an ensuite bathroom with a bidet, handheld, seven-position rainfall showerhead, and skylight, providing abundant natural light. The apartment building provides a washer and dryer for guest use. Please note that the machines operate with quarters, so we kindly ask guests to bring the necessary change. The living room features a 50” Smart Roku TV, while the kitchen has all the cooking basics, including a coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, oven, and more. While this 600-square-foot apartment has every amenity you’ll need for short or long-term stays, the location is even more impressive. Easy access to Penn Station, great restaurants, and popular attractions means the entire city will be at your fingertips! Please be advised that any third-party fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable. Guest access A keypad code for the door will be assigned on your arrival date. You will enter through the front of the building and a door leading to the 3rd-floor unit. Outside the door is a Motion Sensor Camera (Ring doorbell Camera), which is on for CONTROLLED ACCESS to the unit. Street parking is available either in front of the building or across the street where parking is allowed. Other things to note This is a residential building with two other occupied units. Guests must be mindful of other residents during their stay. The apartment is in the city; if guests are sensitive to noise or the hustle and bustle of city living, this may not be the right place for you. The space can accommodate up to four people: • All guests must be 12 years or older. • Absolutely no smoking inside the space. • No pets are allowed. • Shops, restaurants, and entertainment are within a 15-minute drive. • City street or metered parking may be available at guests' discretion.
