 Two king bedrooms anchor the main floor, while the upstairs loft offers a queen and two twin beds - perfect for kids or extra guests (heads up, our loft ceiling height is about 6'3" at the peak). The downstairs game room (separate entrance) is set up for light-hearted fun with a regulation table ping pong, magnetic darts, and a growing movie collection. Off the main living area, you’ll find the Drafting Room - a quiet spot overlooking the creek, complete with a record player, books, and a drafting table. It’s a great place for slow mornings, listening to some records, or for folks who need to private space to get a little work done. Outside:
 The sounds of the creek and wind chimes are your background music here. Spend quality time soaking in the hot tub, hanging around the fire pit, or rolling out a yoga mat in The Nest - our observation deck perched 20' up in the trees. Getting here:
 All paved roads plus a short gravel driveway - no four-wheel drive needed. Take the approach at constant speed (10-15mph) to easily climb up the brief steep section of driveway. Guest access Unlike many cabins in the area, reaching Mossy Gap is a breeze year-round, with no need for 4-wheel drive. We're located less than 10 minutes from the charming downtown of Blue Ridge and just minutes away from the Toccoa River and Aska adventure area. At the end of our road, you'll find the Benton Mackaye Trailhead, offering access to miles of scenic trails to explore. Onsite parking is convenient for 1-3 vehicles. We'll provide you with the address, door codes, and other important house information about a week before your check-in. Other things to note * Mossy Gap is our home away from home. We ask guests to treat it with care so it stays special for everyone. * The loft has a low ceiling (about 6'3" at the peak), making it a cozy spot best suited for kids or shorter adults. * The game room is accessed through an exterior door — you’ll step outside to reach it. * Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM to be respectful of our full-time neighbors. * The Wi-Fi is strong enough for remote work & streaming - about 90Mbps. * Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome for a small pet fee ($75 total/stay). * You know your kiddos best, but we think Mossy Gap is best for ages 8+. * Both king bedrooms have private full bathrooms. Guests staying in the loft can use the half bath on the main floor or access a full bath by passing through one of the king bedrooms. There’s also a full bathroom downstairs in the game room. * We live in Atlanta but are always just a message away if you need anything during your stay.
