The space Balena Blu features 3 completely renovated queen bedrooms with 2.5+ completely renovated bathrooms. Master suite upstairs on the living floor, with w bedrooms, full bath, and enclosed outdoor private shower area downstairs. Outdoor private patio and lounge area unique to the villa outside each bedroom on the main level. Upper level feature outdoor coffee/cocktail porch/patio just off dining room. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities in unit. Guest access The entire 1500 sq. foot space if for rent exclusively to our guest. Other things to note Please note that during May through September, the check-in/check-out day is Saturday only for a seasonal 7 night minimum plus cleaning and linen fees. During the Fall/Winter/Spring seasons, Balena Blu is happy to host you for 4 night minimums with varying checkin and checkout days. We've had issues with the site on the application of seasonal conditions so please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions if booking seems difficult which it sometimes is on the calendar managed by the site. There are also local taxes which have been in flux so they'll also be confirmed and requested subject to the local governments' changes.
