Bright residence located on the edge of Lake Tchitogama. The landscapes are magnificent. The lake has the majesty of a fjord but remains calm: swimming on sandy beaches, kayaking and fishing are in the spotlight. Not to mention the indoor hot tub and campfires... Our residence, on the side of the mountain, is very spacious. It is impeccable in every way: cleanliness, equipment, balconies with panoramic views to rest and have a good time with each other. The space The spa offers a superb view of Lake Tchitogama and the Monts Valin Ouest. The open-plan living room and dining room offer views of the water, the mountain and the forest. The kitchen is well equipped: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, fondue dishes, allow you to cook your favorite dishes. The bathroom and shower room are exemplary clean. Wi-Fi in all rooms, flat-screen TV in the living room, stocked library, DVD, CD and board games are at your disposal. A baby park is available and some games. Brise du Lac Tchitogama is part of the CITQ, Corporation de l'Industrie Touristique du Québec, and is rated 4 stars out of 5. Guest access You have access to three outdoor balconies, a picnic table, a garden of mature trees, and comfortable benches. A staircase leads to the dock and a small private beach. A campfire area with ten-seat benches. A sandpit is available for your children under your supervision. Other things to note Tenants must accept the following conditions before their stay: The tenant acknowledges having rented the cottage for (Insert number of people). Upon arrival, the tenant acknowledges having found the chalet in perfect condition and declares themselves satisfied. If this is not the case, they are responsible for notifying the owner immediately. The tenant is responsible for behaving in a manner that does not disturb the peace of the residents of Chemin Lachance. The renter declares to rent the chalet for relaxation or vacation purposes and is responsible for all costs, including loss of service if he uses the chalet for other purposes. The landlord is not responsible for any damage or loss suffered by the tenant, resulting from an accident, delays, expenses incurred, injuries, death or causes beyond the control of the landlord. The owner will not be liable for power outages, lack of running water or internet. The owner does not assume any liability for damage, loss or theft with respect to the tenant's effects. 4 kayaks, 1 pedal boat, 1 canoe are at the disposal of the tenant who agrees to comply with the safety and municipal standards relating thereto. NO MOTORIZED EQUIPMENT IS PART OF THE CONTRACT, EVEN IF PART OF THAT EQUIPMENT IS ON THE LEASED SITE. THEIR USE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. The tenant undertakes to: a. Upon departure, leave the premises, chalet, land, furniture and accessories in the same condition as on arrival. A surcharge will be added if the cleanliness of the chalet is considered unsatisfactory. b. Never exceed the capacity of the chalet, which is 16 people in total. c. Comply with these regulations. Non-compliance may result in a fee and gives the landlord the right to evict the tenant. d. Use the rented objects for the purpose for which they are intended and in the places where they are located. e. Notify the owner as soon as you become aware of a defect. Any use not attributable to normal wear and tear and causing defects will be repaired at the expense of the tenant. f. Do not throw anything into the sewers that could obstruct the pipes. g. No smoking inside or within 9 metres of the chalet. h. Allow access to the owner at all times. i. Do not leave animals inside the rented premises or on the site. j. Respect SOPFEU fire bans. k. Do not set off fireworks, as they are prohibited. COMMITMENT REGARDING THE USE OF THE HOT TUB a. The hot tub is for the EXCLUSIVE use of people staying in the chalet. b. It is the responsibility of the tenant to use the hot tub in a reasonable and safe manner. c. Do not play in the hot tub. d. Do not leave the hot tub cover open when not in use. e. Always take a shower BEFORE using the hot tub and use a different swimsuit from the one used to go to the lake, as it brings back sand. f. Do not eat or drink in the hot tub. g. Avoid causing damage or splashing and wipe immediately if this occurs. h. Follow the spa's operating instructions, which indicate the products to be used and the quantities to be added to maintain water quality. i. If the owner has to replace the hot tub water during or at the end of the rental stay, a minimum return to service fee of $300.00 will be charged to the tenant.
