Description

Bright residence located on the edge of Lake Chitogama. The landscapes are grandiose. The lake has the majesty of a fjord but remains quiet: swimming on sandy beaches, kayaking and fishing hikes are in the spotlight. Not to mention the indoor spa and campfires... Our mountainside residence is very spacious. It is impeccable in every way: cleanliness, equipment, balconies with panoramic views to rest and have a good time between you. The space The spa offers you a superb panorama of Lake Tchitogama and the Monts Valin Ouest. The open plan living room, dining room offer views of the water, the mountain, and the forest. The kitchen is well-equipped: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, fondue dishes, allow you to cook your favorite dishes. The bathroom and shower room are exemplary of cleanliness. Wifi in all rooms, flat screen TV in the living room, stocked library, DVD, CDs and board games are at your disposal. A baby park is available and a few games. Brise du Lac Tchitogama is part of CITQ, a tourism corporation in Quebec, and is rated 4 out of 5 stars. Guest access You have access to three outdoor balconies, a picnic table, a mature tree garden, comfortable benches. A stairway leads to the dock and a small private beach. A campfire area with ten-seater benches. A square of sand is available for your children under your supervision. Other things to note Tenants must agree to the following conditions prior to their stay: The tenant acknowledges having rented the cottage to (Insert the number of people). Upon arrival, the tenant acknowledges having found the cottage in perfect condition and declares to be satisfied. If not, they are responsible for immediately notifying the landlord. The tenant is responsible for behaving in a manner that does not disturb the peace of the residents of Chemin Lachance. The tenant declares to rent the cottage for relaxation or holiday purposes and is responsible for all fees, including loss of service if they use the cottage for other purposes. The landlord cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss suffered by the tenant, resulting from an accident, delays, expenses incurred, injury, death or causes outside the control of the landlord. The Owner shall not be held liable for power outages, lack of running water or internet. The landlord does not assume any liability for damage, loss or theft in respect of the effects of the tenant. 4 kayaks, 1 pedal boat, 1 canoe are available to the tenant who agrees to comply with safety and municipal standards. NO MOTORIZED EQUIPMENT IS PART OF THE CONTRACT, EVEN IF PART OF THIS EQUIPMENT IS ON THE RENTED SITE. THEIR USE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. The tenant undertakes to: a. Upon departure, leave the premises, chalet, land, furniture and accessories in the same condition as on arrival. A surcharge will be added if the cleanliness of the cottage is considered unsatisfactory. b. Do not in any way exceed the capacity of the cottage, which is 16 people in total. c. Comply with these rules. Non-compliance may result in fees and gives the landlord the right to evict the tenant. d. Use the rented objects for the purpose for which they are intended and in the places where they are located. e. Notify the landlord as soon as they become aware of a defect. Any use not attributable to normal wear and tear and cause defects will be repaired at the renter's cost. f. Do not throw anything into the sewers that could obstruct the pipes. g. No smoking inside or within 9 meters of the chalet. h. Allow access to the landlord at all times. i. Do not leave animals inside the rented premises or on site. j. Respect the fire prohibitions of SOPFEU. k. Do not make fireworks, as they are not allowed. COMMITMENT TO USING THE SPA a. The spa is for the EXCLUSIVE use of people staying in the cottage. b. It is the responsibility of the tenant to use the spa in a reasonable and safe way. c. Do not play in the hot tub. d. Do not leave the spa blanket open when not in use. e. Always take a shower BEFORE using the spa and use a different swimsuit than the one used to go to the lake, as it brings back sand. f. Do not eat or drink in the hot tub. g. Avoid causing damage or splashes and wipe immediately if this occurs. h. Follow the spa usage guidelines, which indicate the products to be used and the quantities to add to maintain the water quality. i. If the owner needs to replace the spa water during or at the end of the rental stay, a minimum return to service fee of $300.00 will be charged to the tenant.
