The space We are a family of four—two parents and two teenage boys—along with two small dogs who may be heard during your stay, though they usually keep to themselves. If you have allergies or are uncomfortable around dogs, this may not be the ideal place for you. The room offers a private bathroom and ample closet space. For your convenience, it includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, and an air fryer. We provide all the necessities, such as towels, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, sugar, coffee, tea, cups, plates, Wi-Fi, and Netflix, among other amenities. You'll also be within walking distance of the Westfield Topanga Mall, The Village, Fallbrook Center, and a variety of restaurants and supermarkets. Our location in Woodland Hills is just 20 minutes from iconic Hollywood, 30 minutes from the Malibu beach and a 40-minute drive to Beverly Hills. Feel free to relax on the patio, which is filled with plants, including a lemon and an orange tree. Please note that the outdoor space is shared with another guest from the attached guesthouse.
