Enjoy a private, main floor, three room suite with private off street parking and private entrance. No stairs to climb, just a ramp onto the deck entrance. You will have a living room with a couch, recliner, TV and small dining table. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a well stocked kitchenette. The ensuite provides a closet, plenty of shelving, storage cabinet and a full bathroom with apartment size combination washer & dryer. We'd be happy to share our back deck with you as well. The space Our suite is a perfect apartment for a single person needing a place to stay, relax, and work long term or short term. Or, with the addition of a queen floor mattress, it can sleep five for a family or group needing a quick and cozy place to lay their heads for the night. Guest access Our neighborhood is easily and safely driven, biked, or walked. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Parking is never an issue with your own dedicated long driveway. Access to the suite is well lit and there are no stairs to climb. Other things to note We are located in a residential neighborhood but close to a Caseys Gas Station, Taco Johns, a local park, and Dairyland (old fashioned ice cream and burgers).
