Welcome to our cozy chalet! This is a quiet and peaceful slice of paradise just steps from Lake Memphremagog. A great spot for a couple, friends or a family to sneak away to and enjoy outdoor recreation during any season! You’ll be very close to all the trails great for hiking, biking, snowmobiling, and cross country skiing. Less than 10 minutes to town and all amenities! Only 25 minutes to Jay Peak!! This home includes 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 living areas - one on the main level, and one on the lower level. The location is 8-10 minutes from all groceries, shopping and dining. Jay Peak Skiing and Indoor Water Park is just 25 minutes away!! You'll have the entire chalet to yourself. A map is provided in the listing, as well as the Welcome Book with direction on how to access our Right of Way to Lake Memphremagog! PLEASE NOTE: Our chalet is not a lake front property and does not have any beach access. A quiet residential neighborhood overlooking the beautiful Lake Memphremagog. There is no public transit to our location. Private parking in the driveway with enough space for 3-4 vehicles. Instructions on TV and WiFi access is located in the Welcome Book. Basic Cable is provided on TV on the lower level. All TVs are equipped with Roku for you to access with all of your own accounts! Trash and recycling is picked up every Thursday. (No need to do anything- this is more so an FYI) All essentials are provided such as: hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, linens, towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, cooking utensils, dish soap, a brand new sponge, coffee, creamer, sugar packets, and so much more! PLEASE NOTE: One coffee packet is provided for each day. Ex- 7 days booked, 7 Coffee packets. Two closets are locked from guest access, for home owners and housekeepers.
