The Margaret: a cosy private queen bedroom & bath

This space offers a queen bed with soft bedding making a comfortable home away from home stay. An addition room with a day bed w/trundle can be added for $30 night extra. The two rooms are side by side with a private bath conveniently located just outside the rooms. A newly added hospitality suit offers the comfort of home and is a shared room just down the hall. The upstairs could be shared by other Airbnb guest on the opposite side of the hallway. The space “The Margaret” (Door #3) is on the top level of a private home located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. With hardwood floors throughout, this spacious area offers 1 tastefully decorated bedroom with a newly renovated full bath. We have recently added a hospitality suite with a full refrigerator, microwave, toaster, keurig and slow drip coffee maker and a 5 gallon purified water dispenser. A basket of goodies are to be enjoyed by all our guests as supplies last. Guest access The house faces Smith Street but guest will enter the private drive from Spring Street. A parking place will be assigned. Guest can enter the home through a semi private door with a keypad entry with their own special code. Detailed instructions are on the check in/check out section once reservations are confirmed. During your stay The hosts occupy the master suite down stairs and are available to quest on an as needed basis. We are laid back and enjoy interaction with our guest, but realize folks like their privacy and we like to respect that as much as possible. However, we are available to help guest when needs arise. Other things to note PLEASE READ CAREFULLY *This space does NOT have a TV, but does offer fast internet. *The one room is rented for 2 people. An additional person will be charged an additional $10 per night per person excluding infants. *Host/Owners will not be responsible for injuries that occur on the property or any personal items lost/stolen during their stay. *Smoking or vaping is NEVER allowed inside the house or near openings to the home. *This property is shared by others. Please be respectful of the noise level. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8:00am. *Please always lock the door you enter and exit for the safety of all. *No illegal drugs of any kind. *Guest should exercise responsibility when consuming alcohol. NO DRUCKENESS No parties or events. *Homeowners have the right to enter the space in case of emergency.
