Casa Barrera offers you and your family a unique and relaxing experience in one of Fresno's best neighborhoods. All rooms have one thing in mind-you! Our motto is simple: Mi Casa Es Tu Casa. The home is furnished with rustic furniture and craftwork from prestigious Mexican galleries designed to make you feel comfortable and relaxed - after all, you deserve it! The space Casa Barrera has three (3) rooms and are equipped with very comfortable beds (1 king and 2 queens). Casa Barrera's ultimate goal is for you and your guests to have a no-hassle experience while healing from the everyday stressors of life. Guest access There is free parking on the driveway or street for two vehicles. (Garage not available) Other things to note ******* If you have been asked to leave Casa Barrera as a guest (cancelation) for breaking house rules, you are not allowed to return as a guest or book Casa Barrera through other people ***** The Garage is not available *Check-in: After 3:00 pm. * You will receive check-in/out instructions and house rules 3 days before you arrive (Airbnb app messages). If a host is available then we will meet to hand you the key, we hope this is not a problem. * Checkout: 11:00am. *No loud music/noise outside after 11:00 pm. *No parties or big gatherings allowed. *Only booked guests are allowed to stay the night ( if not, your stay will be canceled immediately). *NO smoking of any kind inside/out. If the house smells like smoke, there will be a $750 charge for deodorizing the home. *No pets allowed. *No excessive guests (Maximum 6) *Casa Barrera's maximum reservation is for 6 (six) people. 5 (five) people are included in the rate you have reserved; however, you will be charged an additional $30 for an extra guest per night (1 max), for a total of 6 (six) guests maximum. ALL guests Must be identified at the time of booking! *****Please drive carefully, especially around children in the neighborhood. Must respect other neighbors. Any city ordinance violations will result in a termination of your reservation ***** POTENTIAL PENALTIES: 1. Early check-in before 3pm/Late checkout past 11am: $25/hour (Host must pre-approve ). 2. Excessive guest than on the reservation: $30 per guest 3. Excessive cleaning an additional $100. 4. If you stain any towel you will be charged $5.00 each. 5. Please note that all items are inventoried. Any missing items will be reported to Airbnb.
